$100 cancellation charge for written cancellation received between March 25 - June 20, 2007

RESPONSIBILITY: The responsibility of tour operator, and/or agents is limited.  They act only as agents for passenger in regard to travel whether by motorcoach, private car, train, boat, aircraft or any other conveyances and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of these tours.  The tour operator cannot accept the responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes.  The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person as a member of this tour at any time and a refund of unused land tour services is the limit of NTA America and its associated or affiliated companies' liability should such person be required to depart the tour after its commencement.  If any tour must be withdrawn prior to the passenger's joining the tour, the liability of NTA America and its associated and affiliated companies is limited to a refund of such monies received by NTA America.  Reasonable changes due to unforeseen circumstances may be made in the itinerary where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the tour members.  Should it become necessary to make such changes or to extend or curtail any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, any savings realized will be passed on to the tour member and any increased cost borne by the tour member.  All Nippon Airways and other IATA carriers are responsible only for the air travel portion of this program performed on behalf of the passengers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the individual passage contracts which are subject to applicable laws, treaties, and regulations governing air transportation.  All Nippon Airways and other IATA carriers may not be held responsible for any act or omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard the aircraft. The passage contract when issued shall constitute the sole contract between carriers and passengers.
