Once visa applications are officially accepted, visas will be issued in TWO WORKING DAYS, ONLY IF PRESENTED IN THE MORNINGS FROM 09:00 – 12:30 NO TEMPORARY PASSPORTS ARE ACCEPTED NO DIGITAL/SCANNED PHOTOS ARE ACCEPTED II REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ALL VISA APPLICATIONS Passport valid for at least 6 – 9 months from date of application. 1 Application form fully completed and 1 photograph strictly 45mm x 45mm Full flight schedule from travel agent Return air ticket (photo copy will be accepted) III ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS BUSINESS VISA R176 (ON COLLECTION) ORIGINAL letter from applicant’s company in SA stating nature of visit, name and addresses of companies applicant will visit in Japan Letter stating company will bear all costs for the visit Invitation letter from company in Japan applicant intends to visit TOURIST VISA R176 (ON COLLECTION) Daily schedule of places where applicant will visit in Japan Names and addresses of hotels with copy of booking vouchers ORIGINAL Bank letter stating applicant has sufficient funds for visit Copy of invitation letter, should applicant be invited by a friend/family IN CASES WHERE ANY OTHER TYPE OF VISA E.G DOUBLE/ MULTIPLE ETC ENTRY VISA IS REQUIRED, PLEASE CONTACT THE VISA OFFICER WELL IN ADVANCE!!!
