Dealers Room
The Dealers Room will be in the 3,300 square meters, column-free, Hall A of the Exhibition Hall. Each dealer's space will be a 2m x 2m (6½ ft) square and a standard 150cm x 60cm (5 ft x 2 ft) table plus a chair. The cost is $150 for the five days of the convention. The room will be secured overnight, so stock may be left on tables. It is currently planned that the Dealers Room will be open to non-members of the convention as well as to members, which may be a consideration in stocking and staffing.

Bid and Fan TablesSite Bidding cities and Fan Groups will have tables available for information and sales of pre-supporting memberships and souvenirs.ShippingWe are using Yamato Transport to ship items to and from Japan. They will have a booth near the Emergency Exit (back end of Hall A) to arrange shipping items back home. Friday thru Sunday 1000 - 1600 (10 am to 4 pm), Monday to 1300 (1 pm)
