It is with great sadness we report that our Fan Guest of Honor Takumi Shibano passed away this January, 2010.

Four stories from the anthology Speculative Japan: Outstanding Tales of Japanese Science Fiction and Fantasy, which was released at Nippon 2007, are now available online.  We have the links on our Speculative Japan page.

The Star Trek New Voyages episode "World Enough and Time," premiered at Nippon 2007, received a nomination for the 2008 Hugo for Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form.  Congratulations to Director and Nippon panelist Marc Scott Zicree.

Congratulations to Montréal, selected to host the 2009 Worldcon !
